Paddy Lowe LEAVES Mercedes, Expected Williams SwitchÂ
As expected, Paddy Lowe LEAVES Mercedes as Executive Director and has been confirmed by the Mercedes team.
Saying that he is now on a period of “Gardening Leave” however the former executive director at Mercedes is expected to make the switch and join Williams.
Williams is the team that he started his F1 career with in 1987.
Following the announcement that Paddy Lowe leaves Mercedes, Lowe released the following statement – “I have had a fantastically successful and enjoyable three and a half years at Mercedes, working with an incredible team of people. I’m now looking forward to a new challenge and I wish everyone well at Mercedes.“
