Sergio Marchionne has ‘Total Confidence‘ in Ferrari after reports in Italy – Read More Here
Ferrari’s Sergio Marchionne spoke to media before the Spanish Grand Prix 2016 saying that he has “total confidence” in Ferrari.
“The team is in the best shape, it’s in the best shape that I’ve seen it for a very long time” – this is after reports in Italy claiming that Arrivabene was under pressure for his job.
It’s not the first time that a Ferrari boss has been given the boot after a disappointing run but both Ferrari drivers – especially Sebastian Vettel have backed their team boss Maurizio Arrivabene.
Sergio Marchionne continued to say “I still think we have two of the world’s best pilots (drivers)” when asked if a change was needed within the team.
I think there’s a lot of potential for Ferrari – they have the right team and both their drivers are world-class, professional and have the ability to push themselves (and their cars) further.
The team just needs to find the right balance and the right combination to make everything work in harmony….
It’s still early days yet as this is the longest Formula 1 season….
