Ferrari – “Something Still Missing But We Are Here To Win”
Ferrari are still to win a race in the 2016 season, they might have gotten on the podium but they’re not where they want to be – just yet….
Suffering with unreliabilities and strategies not working out for them, it’s been a challenging 2016 season so far and will continue to be, until they find a balance within the team…
With just three development tokens left, they’ve been improving steadily over the season but Vettel had the following to say ahead of the British Grand Prix – “We need a little bit more everywhere, top speed and talking about power – we’ve made massive improvements which everyone can see but we also know that Mercedes are able to turn things up.“

Friend and team-mate, Raikkonen agreed with him and said the following – “We are here to try and win, it’s the same goal for all the team and we want to win. We want two cars there and after we can be more happy.“
I personally thought Ferrari would be performing a lot better than it is, yes there have been improvements and they are catching up to Mercedes but like the drivers say, there is something missing along with the mis-judgement in strategies.
All they need is to focus on their cars, their drivers and their team – stop looking at competitors and following what they do…. create a new path that competitors will want to follow.
