Here’s a brief overview from Day Two of F1 Testing in Barcelona, so far – will have full post reports shortly…
Location – Barcelona

So far, things are on the bright side for Ferrari with Kimi Raikkonen sending the team to the top of the time sheets – 1:20.960
F1 Testing – Day Two: Mercedes
Hamilton was the fastest driver at around lunch time until the Ferrari of Kimi Raikkonen took over on the time sheets.
Mercedes split the drivers yet again, this time with Hamilton doing the morning running and Bottas completing the afternoon run.
F1 Testing – Day Two: Red Bull
The team haven’t performed as well as expected however their car was only put together last Wednesday – not even a week ago!
Today, it was Verstappen’s turn for testing, running 50 laps and moving himself up into 3rd on the leader board.
F1 Testing – Day Two: McLaren
Another disappointing day – this time for Vandoorne! Having to perform another engine change and setting 40 laps in total.
Alonso was seen chatting to Vandoorne during the testing session and checking things on the car (Picture below) along with Mika Hakkinen.
F1 Testing – Day Two: Williams
An issue for the team with new driver, Lance Stroll causing damage to the car with a spin – bringing the day to a halt and completing just 12 laps.
Stroll – “It’s a bit frustrating but there’s plenty of time ahead.”
Lots more to follow!
