Nico Rosberg is the first driver out on track…
With their initial laps being on the slower side, both Mercedes drivers are now top of the time sheets with Hamilton first, followed by Rosberg.
Rosberg has now topped the times with a 1:36:119
Hamilton now sets another fast lap of 1:36:006 – it’s a battle between the two Mercedes drivers again!
– Hamilton is now under investigation after not following race directors’ instructions for turn 2, if you go off-track you have to drive around the bollard.
McLaren are showing an improvement – Alonso currently in 7th place and Button in 11th.

All the drivers are back in the pits and getting ready for Qualifying 2
Nico Rosberg is once again, the first driver on track.
Rosberg currently topping the times with Hamilton in second place.
Things are looking up for McLaren with Jenson Button currently in 7th place and team-mate Fernando Alonso in 8th.
Vettel and Raikkonen are now on-track…
Vettel third fastest with Raikkonen currently in the knock-out zone, trying to warm up his tyres…
Raikkonen now in fourth behind his team-mate Vettel in third.

Lewis Hamilton will NOT be taking part in Qualifying 3 due to a power failure – same in Shanghai.
Rosberg is currently in the lead with Vettel in second place and Bottas in third – Robserg is now in the pits after making an error.
