Lewis Hamilton on Monaco Win “It doesn’t really change a lot” – See what the driver had to say about his win in Monaco and what he has to say ahead of the Canadian Grand Prix. It’s not the Hamilton you’re used to…..

It’s only been 2 weeks since the most glamourous race of the year and since Lewis Hamilton won the Monaco Grand Prix (full race recap here) however the Mercedes driver is completely downplaying his win.

He’s rightly suggesting that ‘it takes more races to make a difference, in the sense of knowing where we’re going to have problems.” and continued to explain “I’m not coming here like it’s all over and done with, we still might have problems and there is still things which we’re working on and we have to rectify it as a team.

This is quite a change from the Hamilton which we’re used to seeing – normally he would be a lot more confident in himself and his abilities however he’s keeping himself to himself and not giving too much away….

It’s been a difficult season so far, I’m being very realistic and one race doesn’t change much. That’s all I’m saying.

What do you all think? Is this a ‘new’ Hamilton being quietly confident and not giving too much away or is there more problems that he could potentially be facing with his car?

Hopefully we’re going to have a good race on our hands this weekend at the Canadian Grand Prix – Practices start tomorrow so there will be more updates for you from there! 🙂
